Goals

Here are my major goals for my fitness journey in no particular order :)

  • Workout 3 times a week minimally
  • Run a 16:00 2 mile
  • Squat my weight + 50lb
  • Bench press my weight
  • Complete one legit dragon flag < hahaha yea right. 
  • Get down to 20% body fat
  • Deadlift 200lb
  • 100 pushups in one day
