Goals
Here are my major goals for my fitness journey in no particular order :)
- Workout 3 times a week minimally
- Run a 16:00 2 mile
- Squat my weight + 50lb
- Bench press my weight
- Complete one legit dragon flag < hahaha yea right.
- Get down to 20% body fat
- Deadlift 200lb
- 100 pushups in one day
