Peanut Butter Banana Smoothieserves 2
Need:
2 bananas sliced and frozen (peel them prior to freezing or they’re really hard to peel!)
1/4 cup oats
1/4 cup peanut butter (natural is the best!)
3/4 cup skim milk (or low-fat yogurt for a thicker consistency)
Put oats in blender and blend until they’re powdery. Add remaining ingredients and blend until there are no more chunks of frozen banana. Garnish with fresh banana slices if desired.
You can also mix in a tbsp or two of dark cocoa powder, honey, agave, or other sweetener.
