    • Was aiming for 3x8. Half reps are where my spotter didn’t understand me [yay language barrier!] and lifted slightly. Upside is I wouldn’t have been able do to that last rep on my own anyhow, so at least I got a little more, right?

    • Set 5 was a 95% rep. I couldn’t get it fully locked out, but it won’t let me do a half rep. I’m thinking it was because there was a crowd of guys surrounding me saying I was stronger than them.. Pressure much?
  • Stiff Leg Barbell Good Morning:

    • In lieu of hyperextensions which I cannot do at my gym.
  • Crunch:

  • Dips - Triceps Version:

      • Until failure. I really love this falling on my face. hahaha
  • Best part of the day: When a guy doing rows with 220kgs told me I was really strong, as I was deadlifting 75kgs. haha
